Cancellation Policy
**Venue Booking Policy for The Rock Cherry Weddings** Thank you for choosing The Rock Cherry Weddings for your special day! To secure your booking and ensure we can accommodate your event, please carefully review our venue rental policy: 1. **Deposit:** A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the rental fee but is not refundable under any circumstances. 2. **Payment Schedule:** The remaining balance of your venue rental fee is due in full no later than 30 days prior to your event date. A payment link will be sent to you to confirm your booking and make the initial deposit. We accept payments via [Zelle, square, Venmo, etc.]. 3. **Cancellation:** In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, the full rental fee is still due. 4. **Changes to Reservation:** Any changes to the reservation, including event date or time, must be made in writing and may be subject to availability and additional fees. 5. **Damage and Cleaning Fees:** Any damages to the venue or excessive cleaning requirements will incur additional charges, which will be assessed after the event. 6. **Event Liability:** The Rock Cherry Weddings is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss of personal items during your event. 7. **No Smoking or Pets:** Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the Getting Ready Station. These policies are separate from the contract but will be provided to clients before booking for transparency and convenience. By confirming your reservation and paying the deposit via the provided payment link, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
