How to Book our Venue

How to Book Our Event Spaces

  1. Decide on a Wedding Date

    • Choose the perfect date for your celebration.

  2. Confirm Your Guest Count

    • Ensure your celebration will have no more than 20 guests to accommodate our venue's capacity.

  3. Explore Our Packages

    • Review the packages to find the best fit for your needs:

      • Outdoor Ceremony/Reception Package: Ideal for those who only need a space for the ceremony or reception without elaborate décor. Includes a 5-hour block of time.

      • Venue Only Package: Perfect if you want the use of the venue without photography services.

      • Full-Day Wedding Experience: Provides a 14-hour block of time for a more relaxed, stress-free celebration.

  4. Check Availability

    • Call us or email to confirm if your selected date is available.

  5. Submit a Booking Form

    • A booking form will be sent to gather all the details about your event.

  6. Receive and Sign the Contract

    • If your date is available and your event type is cleared, a contract will be provided for your review and signature.

  7. Pay the 50% Retainer

    • A non-refundable 50% retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date.

  8. Settle the Balance and Cleaning Deposit

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.

    • A refundable cleaning deposit is also required:

      • $250 for events.

      • $50 for the Getting Ready Station.

    • This deposit will be refunded after your event if all clean-up requirements are met.

  9. Finalize Your Booking

    • Once your contract is signed and payments are received, your event is officially scheduled, and we’ll be excited to host you!
